Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the service and kitchen teams.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the restaurant staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and daily operational requirements.
• Control food cost, wastage, and other operational expenses.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
• Support the achievement of business and revenue goals.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle restaurant operations independently.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and billing operations.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager is preferred.
• Experience in Indian or Maharashtrian restaurants will be an advantage.
