• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Supervise and coordinate FOH and BOH teams during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular briefing and debriefing of staff.
• Manage staff allocation, shift schedules, attendance, and discipline.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, hygiene, and company policies are followed.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth order flow and timely service.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
• Support training, grooming, and performance development of team members.
• Handle opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports as required.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in audits, stock checks, and compliance requirements.
• Take charge of the outlet in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
• Ensure a positive working environment and maintain team morale.

Pay: ₹45,568.56 - ₹50,269.21 per month
