Job Description – Store Operations Manager

Position Title: Store Operations Manager

Location: Bangalore / Chennai VRM

Qualification: Graduate with Good Communication Skills

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Operations Manager to manage overall store operations, drive sales, manage P&L, ensure excellent customer service, and lead store personnel effectively. The candidate will be responsible for implementing retail marketing and sales plans while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Principal Accountabilities

* Plan, forecast, and report on sales, costs, and overall business performance as per company requirements.

* Manage the store’s P&L and drive profitable business growth.

* Develop strategic and tactical solutions to address customer and business requirements.

* Establish and maintain strong client and customer relationships.

* Drive business development with existing customers and new prospects.

* Manage store costs, overheads, and other factors affecting profitability.

* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market tactics and communicate relevant information to concerned departments.

* Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.

* Recruit, train, motivate, develop, and retain store employees.

* Ensure compliance with HR procedures, including appraisals, discipline, grievances, and employee development.

* Plan and implement advertising and promotional activities in coordination with the Central Marketing Office.

* Plan store merchandise and displays, considering seasonal promotions and special campaigns.

* Ensure merchandise is correctly displayed and maintained as per company standards.

* Maintain store safety and security policies and procedures.

* Ensure proper security of stock, cash registers, and cash deposits.

* Monitor daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

* Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
