Job Title: Canteen Manager

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company canteen.
• Plan daily menus based on employee requirements and company standards.
• Supervise cooks, kitchen staff, servers and cleaning personnel.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of food to employees.
• Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor raw material purchases, stock levels and consumption.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for food materials and other requirements.
• Control food costs, wastage and overall canteen expenses.
• Maintain proper records of food purchases, stock, expenses and daily consumption.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items and kitchen materials.
• Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen, dining area and food preparation areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Handle employee feedback and complaints related to food and canteen services.
• Coordinate with HR/Admin for employee welfare and canteen-related activities.
• Prepare regular reports related to canteen operations and expenses.
