Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records and data. The candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel sheets, ERP systems, and internal databases.
  • Support the MIS Executive in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for reporting purposes.
  • Generate basic reports, summaries, and data trackers.
  • Scan, file, and organize documents.
  • Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations.
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of formulas, filters, and pivot tables in Excel will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company data.
