Role Description The Senior Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading and nurturing long-term relationships with Mookuthi’s clients and community. This role includes overseeing client communications, ensuring a high-quality in-store and post-purchase experience, and proactively addressing client needs and feedback. The individual will manage key accounts, coordinate with design, operations, and marketing teams to personalize client journeys, and drive repeat business and referrals. Daily tasks involve supervising client-facing staff, monitoring service standards, resolving escalations, and using client insights to improve engagement strategies. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will also contribute to events, client outreach initiatives, and brand storytelling to deepen emotional connections with the brand.
Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills, including account management, stakeholder communication, and customer retention.
• Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands with a focus on personalized client service and high-touch experiences.
• Proven leadership abilities in supervising client-facing teams, coaching staff, and maintaining consistent service standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Tamil or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze client feedback and sales data to inform service improvements and relationship-building strategies.
• High cultural sensitivity and appreciation for heritage, craftsmanship, and design-driven brands.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Comfort working on-site in Chennai and collaborating across design, operations, and marketing functions.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
