Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
  • Manage product positioning, branding, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion plans.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Regulatory, and Management teams.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Track product performance and implement growth strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role within a formulation company
