About the Role

Aurafest Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for one of our reputed clients in the PET Preforms and Rigid Packaging industry.

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive with strong industry knowledge and proven experience in PET Preform Sales / Rigid Packaging Sales. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in the PET Preforms and Rigid Packaging market.
  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers through market research, networking, references, and industry contacts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer network across Delhi NCR and other relevant markets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
  • Conduct customer calls, virtual meetings, and physical meetings as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production, dispatch, and payment follow-up.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, enquiry status, and regular sales reports.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and customer expansion.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers from enquiry to order closure.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
  • Strong knowledge of the PET Preforms industry is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of the Rigid Packaging / Plastic Packaging industry.
  • Experience in B2B / Industrial Sales preferred.
  • Existing customer network within the PET Preform / Rigid Packaging industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, business development, negotiation, and sales closure.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong market knowledge and customer-handling ability.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings whenever required.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Email, and online meeting platforms.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working in or having experience with PET Preforms, Rigid Packaging, Plastic Packaging, PET Bottles, or related packaging manufacturing companies will be preferred.
