Full job description
-Plan & manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook — posts that people actually want to see
-Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads with a sharp eye on CPL and ROI
-Drive SEO strategy and keep website content fresh, relevant, and ranking
-Write compelling copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and social — no fluff, just impact
-Execute WhatsApp & email marketing journeys that nurture leads from cold to converted
-Track KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROI, Reach) and deliver sharp weekly performance reports
-Collaborate with our design team to ensure every creative is on-brand and scroll-stopping
You're a Great Fit If:
-You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, BBA, or a related field
-You have at least 1+ year of experience — agency or in-house, both works
-You've got Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications (a definite plus)
-You've worked in real estate or financial services marketing before (bonus points, not a dealbreaker)
