Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing field sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of FMCG or field sales experience. The candidate will work on retail market coverage, dealer coordination, order collection, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit assigned retail outlets daily as per beat plan.

· Take orders from retailers, stockists, and dealers.

· Ensure product display and visibility at retail outlets.

· Collect payments and maintain daily sales records.

· Introduce new products and schemes to retailers.

· Report market feedback and competitor activity.

· Coordinate with stockists for timely product delivery.

· Maintain outlet-wise sales data in MS Excel.

· Achieve monthly sales and market coverage targets.

· Support dealer and retailer engagement activities.
