Job Title: Account Manager (US Accounting) – CPA Certified

Location: Remote
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (US Time Zone)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager (US Accounting) with a completed CPA certification and strong experience in US Accounting. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, bookkeeping, and accounting operations while managing client accounts with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Handle general ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Perform account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and Tally.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve accounting queries and provide financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• CPA Certification (Completed) – Mandatory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 3+ years of experience in US Accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Tally, and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
• Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• US Payroll and Tax knowledge (preferred).
• Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
• Financial analysis and reporting.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
