About the Role

Flynaut is looking for a qualified Occupational Psychologist to support a new project. The role involves applying psychological and assessment expertise to the development and review of assessment constructs, questions and scoring methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and provide professional input on psychological constructs used within the assessment.
• Review and contribute to the development of question banks.
• Provide expert input on assessment content and its alignment with intended psychological constructs.
• Review score-design principles and provide professional recommendations.
• Ensure assessment content is psychologically appropriate, structured and interpretable.
• Collaborate with the project and product teams to refine assessment methodology.
• Document recommendations, observations and professional feedback.
• Participate in review/sign-off activities relevant to occupational psychology.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, preferably with specialization in Organizational/Industrial/Occupational Psychology.
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of psychological assessment principles.
• Experience working with assessment/questionnaire design is preferred.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide professional recommendations.
• Professional registration/qualification appropriate to the role is preferred/required as applicable.

Preferred

• Experience with psychometric assessments.
• Experience in assessment design, validation or workplace psychology.
• Research or academic experience involving psychological measurement.

Pay: ₹11,664.19 - ₹32,169.04 per month
