Location: Dadri Block, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh (Candidates must be residents of Dadri/Greater Noida/Noida or nearby local areas)

Reporting To: Project Manager / Programme Manager – Health, ISRN
About the Project
The Indian Social Responsibility Network (ISRN), is implementing a Telemedicine Strengthening Project in Dadri Block to improve access to quality primary healthcare through the eSanjeevani platform. The project aims to strengthen Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs), improve specialist referral linkages, build the capacity of frontline health workers, and enhance community awareness and utilization of telemedicine services.
Job Purpose
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day field implementation and coordination of the project at the block level. The incumbent will work closely with Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs), Community Health Centres (CHCs), district health officials, frontline health workers, and community stakeholders to ensure effective implementation, monitoring, reporting, and government convergence.
Key Responsibilities
Project Implementation
- Coordinate day-to-day implementation of all project activities across the selected Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs) in Dadri Block.
- Prepare monthly implementation plans and ensure timely execution of activities.
- Provide supportive supervision during telemedicine service delivery.
- Ensure smooth functioning of project interventions in accordance with approved work plans.
Coordination with Government
- Liaise regularly with Block Medical Officer, Medical Officers In-charge, CHC Dadri, AAMs, and district health authorities.
- Facilitate convergence with National Health Mission (NHM), Ayushman Bharat, ABDM, eSanjeevani, NP-NCD, RCH and other government programmes.
- Support meetings of the Block Telemedicine Coordination Committee (BTCC).
- Maintain strong coordination with government officials and implementing partners.
Coordination with Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs)
- Provide regular field support to Medical Officers, CHOs, ANMs, ASHAs and other frontline workers.
- Monitor telemedicine service delivery and patient referral mechanisms.
- Identify operational challenges and facilitate timely resolution.
- Ensure proper utilization of telemedicine infrastructure.
Community Outreach
- Coordinate awareness campaigns, Digital Health Chaupals, health camps and IEC activities.
- Support community mobilization for teleconsultation services.
- Coordinate with ASHAs, ANMs and local institutions for beneficiary mobilisation.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to all project sites.
- Maintain project MIS and field documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Track project indicators including teleconsultations, referrals, awareness activities and capacity-building events.
- Document success stories, photographs and case studies.
Capacity Building
- Coordinate training programmes for Medical Officers, CHOs, ANMs, ASHAs and other stakeholders.
- Support logistics and documentation for capacity-building programmes.
- Follow up on action points emerging from trainings.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain project records, attendance sheets, activity reports and meeting minutes.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Support donor visits, government visits and review meetings.
Any Other Responsibility
- Perform any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager or ISRN management.
Essential Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Public Health (MPH), Rural Development, Healthcare Management, Sociology, or any other relevant discipline.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and substantial relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in implementation of public health, community health, NGO or development sector projects.
- Experience of working with Government Health Departments/NHM will be preferred.
- Experience in community mobilisation and health programme implementation.
- Experience in telemedicine, digital health, maternal & child health or NCD programmes will be an added advantage.
Essential Skills
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
- Good report writing and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of government health systems and schemes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyse field data and prepare quality reports.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Dadri Block.
Desirable
- Resident of Dadri, Greater Noida, Noida or nearby areas (mandatory preference).
- Familiarity with the local geography, communities and government health facilities.
- Experience of working with AAMs, CHCs, PHCs or district health systems.
- Knowledge of eSanjeevani, ABDM and digital health initiatives will be an added advantage.
