Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Biochemistry laboratory operations.
• Perform and interpret routine and specialized biochemical investigations.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of laboratory results.
• Monitor quality control and quality assurance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols, NABL and applicable regulatory standards.
• Work closely with clinicians and other laboratory departments.
• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure proper workflow.
• Review critical values and communicate them to the concerned clinicians promptly.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement programs, and departmental meetings.
• Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.

Eligibility:

• MD/DNB in Biochemistry from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical registration.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Good clinical and laboratory knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
