Full job description
Develop sales strategies to identify leads, build pipelines, and close deals for STP/ETP equipment, chemicals, and services. Manage client relationships, conduct site visits, and demonstrate solutions like RO plants, DM systems, and treatment units. Collaborate with technical teams for proposals, achieve revenue targets, and track progress via CRM tools.drives revenue by selling sewage and effluent treatment plants, managing client relationships, and developing business leads for industrial water treatment solutions
Business Development: Generate leads, identify potential clients in industries, and expand the market for STP/ETP/WTP/RO systems.
Technical Sales & Proposals: Analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable treatment solutions, prepare technical proposals, and submit cost estimates.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and turnkey contractors.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, technical specifications, and pricing to close sales deals.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for drawing approvals, delivery schedules, and commissioning.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and report sales metrics (KPIs) to senior management.
