Job Description (JD) – Diploma Electronics Freshers

Position: Diploma Trainee – Electronics
Qualification: Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Communication (ECE) & Mechanical
Experience: Freshers
Job Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, test, and inspect electronic components and products.
  • Perform soldering, PCB assembly, and basic troubleshooting of electronic circuits.
  • Operate production and testing equipment as per standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain quality standards during manufacturing and inspection processes.
  • Record production and inspection data accurately.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
  • Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to achieve production targets.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of electronic components, PCB, and circuit diagrams.
  • Familiarity with measuring instruments such as multimeters.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
