Who you are:

• An adaptive learner who thrives on platform changes, creative testing, and real experimentation.
• Experienced: 1-3 years in Meta Ads (Google Ads a plus) with hands-on budget ownership
• Data-Driven: Preferably from an engineering, analytics, or technical background, you love digging into numbers.
• Strategic: You build hypotheses, test methodically, and adapt based on insights—not guesswork.
• Resilient: You stay calm under pressure and improve through feedback and post-mortems.
• Collaborative: You communicate clearly and work smoothly with creative, strategy, and client teams you owns outcomes—wins and losses.

What you'll do:

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta and Google ad campaigns across multiple accounts.
• Research markets, competitors, and customer behavior to inform targeting, copy, and creative strategy.
• Diagnose performance issues using metrics like CTR, CPC, CR, LTV—not just ROAS.
• Work cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and account managers to align creative and funnel strategy.
• Turn data into strategy: analyze results, generate insights, and present clear recommendations to clients.

Pay: ₹14,865.84 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
