Emergency Medical Consultant – Job Responsibilities

Education: MEM/MD in Emergency Medicine

Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate assessment and emergency medical care to patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and life-threatening medical conditions.
• Stabilize patients with trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and neurological emergencies.
• Manage patients in the Emergency/Casualty Department.
• Conduct patient examinations and recommend appropriate investigations.
• Initiate medications, emergency procedures, and treatment plans.
• Perform or supervise CPR and other resuscitation procedures when required.
• Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Prioritize patients based on the severity and urgency of their condition.
• Maintain accurate medical records and emergency documentation.
• Arrange patient admission, referral, or transfer when required.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, medical ethics, and patient-safety standards.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
