Position: Clinical Assistant

Job Summary:
The Clinical Assistant supports consultants and the clinical team in delivering quality patient care. The role involves assisting with patient assessment, documentation, treatment coordination, clinical procedures, and ensuring timely communication with patients and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining hospital protocols and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist consultants during patient assessment, rounds, and clinical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate investigations, referrals, and treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and promptly report any changes to the consultant.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, nursing staff, and other departments.
• Support smooth clinical operations and provide timely medical assistance as required.

Qualification: MBBS with valid State Medical Council registration.
Experience: 1–3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (preferred).
