Client Engagement & Project Management

• Lead client engagement teams through all phases of a project — strategic planning,

work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout — ensuring delivery within scope,

schedule, and budget

• Serve as the firm’s primary point of contact with the client, providing timely

communication with client and firm leadership

• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements while maintaining high-quality

deliverables

Revenue Cycle Management

• Advise healthcare clients on end-to-end revenue cycle operations including patient

access, charge capture, coding, billing, claims management, and collections

• Assess and improve RCM processes to enhance reimbursement, reduce denials, and

decrease days in accounts receivable

• Lead RCM transformation projects including workflow redesign, technology

implementation, and vendor optimization

Finance, Analytics & Reporting

• Apply financial analysis and analytics to drive insights across operational and revenue

performance for healthcare clients

• Prepare and review client deliverables including reports, presentations, and

recommendations for senior leadership

Business Development

• Identify and develop opportunities to expand services to existing and prospective clients
• Support proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiations
• Build and maintain a growth pipeline and stay current on healthcare market trends and

firm offerings

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor senior staff, providing guidance on project execution and

professional development

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment aligned with firm

standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive healthcare management consulting or healthcare financial and

operations experience

• 2+ years in a management or supervisory role
• End-to-end Revenue Cycle Management experience — mandatory
• Strong finance and analytics background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — client-facing confidence required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Finance, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field
• Experience across hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, physician

practices, managed care entities, or government health agencies

• Familiarity with value-based contracting, operational improvement, and data and

analytics-led healthcare solutions

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District)
