We are looking for a Senior AR Caller who is technically strong, understands the end-to-end medical billing process, and has the potential to grow into a Team Lead role.

We strongly believe in promoting from within, so we are looking for someone who can grow with the company and demonstrate leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle insurance AR follow-up, denials, rejections, and appeals.
• Analyze AR aging reports and resolve outstanding claims.
• Understand the complete RCM cycle, including charge entry, eligibility, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR reporting.
• Communicate directly with US clients and handle client emails professionally.
• Prepare and analyze AR reports and provide actionable insights.
• Support and mentor junior AR callers.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts and meet collection/productivity targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of medical billing/AR experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end RCM.
• Excellent Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/IFERROR, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
• Experience communicating directly with US clients via email and calls.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership mindset with the potential to grow into a Team Lead.
