Job Title: Billing Manager

Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise OPD, IPD, Emergency, and Corporate billing operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient billing and revenue collection.
• Manage insurance, TPA, CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat Scheme, and corporate billing processes.
• Monitor billing accuracy, discounts, approvals, and revenue leakage.
• Prepare daily billing MIS and revenue reports.
• Coordinate with finance, consultants, and clinical departments.
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and statutory requirements.
• Resolve billing disputes and patient queries professionally.
• Train and supervise billing staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in Hospital Administration, Finance, or Commerce.
• 4–8 years of hospital billing experience.
• Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
• Knowledge of the Ayushman Bharat Scheme,TPA, ECHS, CGHS and related claim processing procedures.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
