Medical Billing Associate (US Healthcare – Remote)

About Us:
We are a US-based dental office located in New Jersey, providing healthcare services and managing insurance billing operations. We are expanding our back-office team in India to support our billing and administrative processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process patient billing information and submit insurance claims
  • Work with US insurance portals for claim status and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with hospitals and insurance companies via phone/email
  • Maintain accurate records using Excel and billing systems
  • Support general administrative and back-office operations

Job Details:

  • Full-time position
  • 100% Remote (Work from Home)
  • Shift: Monday–Friday, approx 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in back office or similar roles (training provided)
  • Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with computers (MS Excel, Word, email)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Personal computer (minimum 8GB RAM, Windows 10/11)

Training:

  • Structured training program provided
  • Initial 2–3 months may require flexible hours, including weekends

Compensation & Benefits:
