We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Medical Coding & Medical Billing Freshers to join our healthcare operations team. The selected candidates will be responsible for reviewing medical records, assigning appropriate medical codes, preparing billing information, and ensuring accuracy as per healthcare industry standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start their career in Medical Coding, Medical Billing, Healthcare BPO, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient medical records, clinical documentation, and healthcare information.
• Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
• Understand medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease conditions.
• Perform basic medical coding and billing activities with accuracy.
• Verify patient and insurance-related information.
• Assist with claims preparation and billing processes.
• Identify missing or incorrect information in medical documentation.
• Follow healthcare coding guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
• Meet defined productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever clarification is required.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Medicine, or other healthcare-related fields are preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
