Key Responsibilities:

• Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10 diagnosis codes.
• Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and internal quality standards.
• Audit coded data to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with billing and quality assurance teams for smooth claim processes.
• Identify documentation gaps and communicate with appropriate teams for clarification.
• Stay current with updates and revisions to ICD-10 coding standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of patient data at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor's degree.
