Key Responsibilities

 Review patient medical records, physician notes, laboratory reports, and other clinical documentation to assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes.

 Apply ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards accurately and in accordance with applicable guidelines.

 Ensure coding accuracy and completeness to support timely insurance claims and reimbursement.

 Verify documentation for medical necessity and identify any discrepancies or missing information.

 Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to clarify documentation when required.

 Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with applicable privacy regulations and organizational policies.

 Stay updated on changes to coding guidelines, payer requirements, and healthcare regulations.

 Assist with coding audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.

 Work closely with the billing and revenue cycle teams to resolve coding-related claim denials.

 Maintain coding productivity and quality standards established by the organization.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
