- Support day-to-day processing activities to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time
- Help monitor operational performance and customer service standards
- Assist in resolving client queries and improving service outcomes
- Track key metrics and maintain data to support reporting and decision-making
- Support managers in overseeing transactions and meeting payment obligations
- Learn how operational risk and controls work – and help ensure we meet regulatory and policy requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within your team.
What we’re looking for
We're looking for curious, driven individuals who want to learn how global banking works in practice.
You should:
- Have graduated from college in 2026.
- Have the legal right to work in India
- Have strong academic performance and be actively involved beyond the classroom
- Be confident working with data and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Be detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
