Job Title: Lab Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory tests, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results in compliance with hospital standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, etc.)
- Perform laboratory tests as per standard protocols
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines
- Assist in quality control and NABH compliance procedures
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for test requirements
Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT )
