We are looking for detail-oriented healthcare professionals to join our Cashless Claims Team and contribute to accurate prescription digitization and claim adjudication.

Job Summary

As a Digitization Consultant – Cashless , you will be responsible for reviewing OPD prescriptions, validating medical documents, and adjudicating cashless cases according to insurance policy guidelines. The role requires strong medical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review handwritten and printed OPD prescriptions.
• Verify diagnosis, treatment plans, and supporting documents.
• Approve or reject claims based on:
• Policy coverage and exclusions
• Medical necessity
• Clinical justification
• Compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
• B.Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy)

Preferred Experience

• Medical Transcription
• Medical Coding
• Claims Processing
• Healthcare Operations
• Insurance Claims Adjudication

Skills Required

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good medical terminology knowledge
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Work Schedule

• Full time: 9 Hours per Day / Part time: 6 Hours per Day
• 6 Days Working
• 1 Weekly Off (Tuesday–Friday) and 1 emergency leave

Work Mode: Remote

Performance-based payout structure:

• Prescription Digitization: ₹15–₹20 per completed case
• Query/Rejection Cases: ₹3 per case
• 10% TDS Deduction (claimable as per Income Tax rules Form 16A)
