- Policy Guidance: Help the hospital write and update fair rules on patient care, privacy, and consent.
- Staff Support: Talk with nurses and doctors to lower their stress or emotional burnout from hard cases.
- Education: Teach staff and trainees about medical laws, patient autonomy, and moral choices
