WE ARE HIRING – MEDICAL DEVICE SALES PROFESSIONAL | DELHI NCR

Inclusive Medicare Private Limited is looking for an experienced and driven Medical Device Sales Professional to join our growing sales team in the Delhi NCR region.

We are a healthcare and medical-device sales and distribution company working across Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Peripheral Intervention and Cardiac Surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business across hospitals, cath labs, radiology departments and healthcare institutions in Delhi NCR
• Promote and sell medical devices across the assigned product portfolio
• Build and maintain relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Cardiac Surgeons, Cath Lab teams, Purchase Departments and Hospital Management
• Generate new accounts and expand existing hospital business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular hospital visits and maintain strong customer coverage
• Provide product presentations, demonstrations and clinical/product support
• Coordinate with purchase departments for quotations, tenders, orders and commercial requirements
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market developments
• Maintain sales pipeline, DSRs, account-wise reports and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, deliveries, documentation and customer requirements
• Support product launches, workshops, conferences and CME activities
• Work closely with management and principal companies to develop new business opportunities

Interventional Radiology / Peripheral Intervention

• PTA Balloons
• Peripheral Stents
• Guidewires & Catheters
• Sheaths & Access Products
• Embolization Products
• Drainage Products
• Biopsy / Access Devices
• Vascular Intervention Products
• Other Interventional Radiology products

Cardiac Surgery

• Cardiac Surgery consumables and devices
• Products used in cardiac surgical procedures

Candidate Profile

Experience: 2–6 years in Medical Device / Healthcare Sales preferred.

Candidates with experience in Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Peripheral Intervention, Vascular or Cardiac Surgery will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong hospital sales experience
• Good relationships with doctors and hospital procurement teams
• Good understanding of medical-device sales and hospital purchasing processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical/product features
• Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office and sales reporting
• Good command of English and Hindi
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
