- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share within the territory
- Promote and demonstrate medical devices to, surgeons, and hospital staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital purchase departments and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers
- Conduct product presentations, trials, and clinical support where required
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales effectively
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding payments
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, service, marketing) for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports
