Sales Leadership:

• Drive branch sales targets and ensure consistent growth in line with company goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the local market.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; initiate corrective actions as needed.

Team Management:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives and support staff.
• Set individual targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Conduct regular training sessions and skill enhancement programs.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle escalated customer queries or complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including doctors, surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement officers.

Branch Operations:

• Oversee daily branch activities to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and profitability.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and audit compliance.
• Look after monthly indent and monitor branch logistics.

Market Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the branch’s territory.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Represent the branch in local events, networking, and industry forums.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare settings.
• Promote the company’s portfolio of medical devices to healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and industry events as a representative of the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (10+ years) in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of local market and customer base is a plus.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
