We are looking for a proactive and research-oriented professional to own the planning, development and quality of educational medical content for OnferenceTV. The ideal candidate should possess strong contextual understanding of medical topics, excellent research capabilities, sound judgment in identifying high-value content, and the ability to independently drive content initiatives while collaborating with doctors, video editor and internal teams.

The role requires ownership—from identifying relevant content gaps, latest clinical updates, doctors and engaging experts to ensuring every published video meets high editorial, educational and quality standards.

Job Description:

• Research, curate and develop evidence-based medical content relevant to practicing doctors, with a primary focus on women's health.
• Regularly monitor clinical guidelines, research publications, conferences, healthcare news and innovations to identify timely content opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of context-rich, clinically relevant content for different content formats
• Convert research findings into engaging content ideas, scripts and educational video concepts.
• Own the end-to-end planning, research and execution of content with minimal supervision.
• Perform comprehensive quality checks to ensure videos are platform-ready with high standards of audio, video, visual presentation and clinical accuracy.
• Ensure all published content is supported by credible, evidence-based references from recognized doctors, medical journals, guidelines and professional societies.
• Identify & reach out via appropriate mediums like calls, email, professional sites, etc to onboard and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), practicing doctors, international doctors, medical content creators across professional and social media platforms.
• Engage with doctors regularly to understand real-world clinical challenges and translate these insights into meaningful online educational content.
• Continuously identify emerging healthcare trends, innovative content formats and audience engagement opportunities to enhance platform value.
• Coordinate with video editor and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and publishing of content.
• Maintain appropriate content and research databases, analyse platform performance and user engagement, and generate actionable insights to optimize content strategy and support data-driven planning.
• Provide recording support for online video sessions with doctors as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time Hybrid with alternate Saturdays working. The role will require in-office reporting atleast 3 times a week.

Office: Onference Training Technologies LLP, Hi-Life Mall, G-18, PM Road, Santacruz (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400054. 2 mins walking from Santacruz West station.

Compensation: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month

We expect you to have your own Laptop & a good wifi service.
