Job Description

• Responsible for the value addition of the firm BCOS which include (Financial growth, Productivity, Brand value, Reputation etc.)
• Responsible to do the market research, competitive studies, and other related studies for the successful market penetration.
• Identify and approach potential hospitals, clinics and healthcare providers to promote BCOS products.
• Conduct product presentations and demos for hospital management and medical staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisions makers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly sales target.
• Handle pricing negotiations proposals, and contract closures.
• Responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive Operational, sales and marketing strategy in line with company strategies.
• Responsible to create channels (distributor/super stockist/associates/ own network etc,) for each product with respect to the market behaviour and company strategy.
• Prepare business action plans based on budgets to achieve the long term and short-term goals of the firm.
• Responsible for the profitability of the business in specific area.
• Create and execute a comprehensive operational plan for rental service with high level efficacy.
• Manage rental workflow by Delivering ON Time of the Products and maintaining Inventory for the required stocks
• Responsible for service first line contact and coordinate with service coordinator at main office.
• Reduce the Service & complaints by providing feedback/suggestions to production and operational team.
• Coordinates Product management with Field Sales, organization, production, Marketing etc.
• Responsible for inventory management.
• Incorporates Company standards of excellence into daily work for a healthy work environment.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
