Part-Time Freelance Opportunity for Orthopedic Technicians, OT Technicians, and Plaster Technicians
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Orthopedic Technicians, OT Technicians, and Plaster Technicians to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis for hospital and home healthcare services.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and medical teams during orthopedic and surgical procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before and after surgeries.
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist with patient positioning and OT setup.
- Perform home healthcare procedures as required, including:
- Plaster application and plaster removal
- Wound dressing and dressing changes
- Stitch (suture) removal
- Administration of injections
- Intravenous (IV) cannulation and IV therapy
- Catheterization
- Assistance with minor medical procedures
- Follow infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and patient records.
- Provide professional and compassionate patient care in hospital and home settings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Degree in OT Technology, Orthopedic Technology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in orthopedic procedures, plaster management, OT assistance, and home healthcare services is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different healthcare environments.
