Sales & Business Development
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Acquire new customers, hospitals, and corporate accounts.
- Convert leads into business opportunities and generate new sales.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans.
Territory Expansion & Account Management
- Appoint and develop new dealers/distributors in new territories.
- Manage and grow key accounts and customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Expand business presence in assigned regions.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze hospital-wise, brand-wise, and distributor sales data.
- Ensure achievement of territory and organizational goals.
Customer Service
- Ensure effective pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Coordinate timely product supply and order fulfillment.
- Maintain strong relationships with hospital procurement and corporate stakeholders.
Team Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and field coaching.
- Ensure clear roles, accountability, and team effectiveness.
Market Development
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Provide inputs for product and business growth strategies.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
