Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and concerns.
• Handle patient complaints and provide effective resolutions.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patient needs are met efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients about hospital policies, procedures, and available services.
• Collect patient feedback and suggest improvements for service quality.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• Minimum one year experience in a healthcare or customer service leading role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
