About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Lifescience freshers to join our healthcare support team as Virtual Medical Assistants. In this role, you will assist healthcare providers and clinics in the United States with administrative and patient support activities while maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and update patient information accurately.
• Assist with insurance verification and eligibility checks.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, clinics, and patients through phone, email, and secure messaging.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Review and organize medical documents and reports.
• Support prescription refill requests as per established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards.
• Perform other healthcare administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and healthcare processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work in US shifts (Monday–Friday).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
