Position: Faculty – Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)

Work Location: Dr. Akhilesh Kumar Singh Knowledge Town, Bindauli, East of Beldarichak, Patna - 803201 (College Campus)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated MLT Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality classroom and practical education, mentoring students, preparing academic plans, and ensuring effective learning in accordance with prescribed curriculum and institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective lectures for MLT/Medical Laboratory Technology students.

- Conduct and supervise practical laboratory sessions and demonstrations.

- Teach subjects related to clinical pathology, hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, immunology, histopathology, blood banking, and other relevant MLT areas.

- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, assignments, and practical demonstrations.

- Evaluate students through internal assessments, practical examinations, assignments, and other academic activities.

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, internal marks, practical work, and student performance.

- Guide and mentor students in academic and practical laboratory activities.

- Ensure proper laboratory discipline, safety practices, and handling of laboratory equipment and specimens.

- Assist in organizing practical examinations, seminars, workshops, clinical/laboratory visits, and other academic activities.

- Stay updated with recent developments, techniques, and advancements in Medical Laboratory Technology.

- Coordinate with other faculty members and the academic administration for smooth academic functioning.

- Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, inspections, and institutional activities.

- Ensure completion of the assigned syllabus within the prescribed academic schedule.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT/MMLT) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

- 3–4 years of teaching experience in MLT/Medical Laboratory Technology or a related academic field.

- Strong practical knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage and mentor students effectively.

- Candidates with experience in both theory and practical teaching will be preferred.

Salary: As per qualification, experience, and institutional norms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
