Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and workflow.
• Supervise laboratory technicians and other staff.
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of laboratory investigations.
• Maintain quality control, calibration, and laboratory records.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, laboratory protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
• Monitor laboratory equipment, reagents, inventory, and maintenance.
• Ensure proper sample collection, processing, storage, and disposal.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or relevant qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or laboratory management role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, laboratory safety, and documentation.

Preferred Candidate: A responsible, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
