Role: MBBS Doctor – Teleconsultation

Location: Work From Home

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct teleconsultations with patients as per the defined clinical SOPs and telemedicine guidelines.
• Review patient details, medical history, symptoms, and uploaded prescriptions where applicable.
• Assess the patient's condition and provide appropriate clinical guidance.
• Approve, reject, or cancel consultation requests based on clinical assessment and SOPs.
• Generate e-prescriptions wherever clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate consultation records and documentation.
• Escalate cases requiring further medical evaluation or in-person consultation.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and compliance.

Requirements

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
• Good communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working on a digital/teleconsultation platform.
• Must have access to a laptop, tablet, or iPad with a stable internet connection.
• Ability to commit to a defined number of working hours/shifts.
