RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ensures proper admission, discharge of patients with proper paper work.

· Plans patient care and makes patient assignments as per their nursing needs.

· Ensures safety, comfort and good personal hygiene of his/her patient

· Direction in planning and administration of the therapeutic dosages of drug to his/her patient

· Takes patient rounds

· Make rounds with consultants, assisting them in diagnosis and treatment of patients.

· Coordinates patient care with other departments.

· Assists patient and his/her relatives to adjust in the hospital and its routine.

· Implements consultants instructions concerning patient treatment

· Ensures that proper observation records of the patients are made and necessary records are kept.

· Attend clinical emergencies on duty time.

· Responsible for admitted patient, take over from RMO regarding IP status , Critical patients pending consultation and procedures

· Examination and review patients at request of consultants.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
