Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

• Qualification: MBBS , BAMS,BHMS with valid medical registration.
• Experience: 0–3 years; freshers can apply.
• Assess and monitor patients and their vital signs.
• Attend to routine medical emergencies.
• Assist consultants during rounds and procedures.
• Review investigation reports and maintain patient records.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments.
• Escalate critical/deteriorating patients to senior doctors.
• Handle admissions, discharges, and referrals.
• Follow hospital, infection-control, and patient-safety protocols.
• Willingness to work rotational/night shifts.
• Good communication, clinical skills, and patient-care attitude
