Medical Superintendent / RMO / Consultant at Majumder Millennium Nursing Home & Reliable Diagnostic Centre Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Medical Superintendent / RMO / Consultant to join our healthcare team at Majumder Millennium Nursing Home & Reliable Diagnostic Centre Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day medical and clinical operations of the hospital.
• Ensure quality and timely patient care and maintain high standards of clinical services.
• Coordinate with consultants, RMO, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient management, clinical protocols, and hospital medical practices.
• Conduct regular rounds and review the clinical condition and treatment progress of admitted patients.
• Ensure proper maintenance and completion of medical records, BHTs, clinical notes, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with emergency, ICU, OT, IPD, OPD, and other clinical departments as required.
• Monitor compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, statutory requirements, and applicable healthcare standards.
• Support the hospital management in maintaining patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
• Handle and coordinate medical emergencies whenever required.
• Assist in addressing patient and attendant concerns related to medical services.
• Participate in clinical meetings, audits, quality initiatives, and hospital review meetings.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the hospital management from time to time.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• MBBS is mandatory.
• MD / DNB or relevant postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare organization will be given preference.
• Experience in a similar role such as Medical Superintendent, RMO, Resident Medical Officer, Hospital Medical Officer, or Consultant will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Package: Up to ₹2,00,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience, and suitability.
• Accommodation will be provided as per company policy.
