Process Associate – US Healthcare Medical Claim Support

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented professionals for the role of Process Associate – US Healthcare Medical Claim Support. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the US healthcare and medical claims domain, with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of medical billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to healthcare providers for follow-ups
  • Ensure daily productivity and quality targets are achieved as per SLA requirements.
  • Handle client interactions and escalations professionally.
  • Coordinate with providers, hospitals, and insurance companies regarding claim status and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the system.
  • Adhere to process guidelines and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in the US Healthcare, Medical Claims, Insurance, or Medical Billing domain.
  • Hands-on experience in outbound calling to healthcare providers.
  • Strong understanding of the US Healthcare System and Medical Claims Processing.
  • Good knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Familiarity with ICD and CPT Codes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts.

Important Notes

  • This is a complete onsite role based in Pitampura, Delhi.
  • Night shift transportation/cab facility is not provided.
  • Candidates with prior US Healthcare calling experience will be preferred.
