Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom teaching for JEE/NEET students
• Build strong conceptual understanding among students
• Prepare tests, assignments, study material, and academic content
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and mentoring programs
• Track student performance and academic growth
• Participate in test analysis, parent meetings, and counselling sessions
• Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement
• Work closely with academic planning and management teams
• Contribute toward strong academic results and selections

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong subject knowledge and teaching passion
• Prior JEE / NEET teaching experience preferred
• IIT / NIT / AIIMS / Top Institute background preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong classroom handling and mentoring ability
• Result-oriented and student-focused mindset
• Experienced faculties from reputed coaching institutes preferred
