Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and result-oriented Physics Faculty to join our academic team at the Vashi Branch. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics to JEE and/or NEET aspirants, developing high-quality learning content, and mentoring students to achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and conceptually strong Physics lectures for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and/or NEET students.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, practice sheets, and test papers.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic guidance to students.
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Evaluate answer sheets and analyze test results to identify learning gaps.
• Maintain academic records and adhere to institute teaching standards.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and academic planning sessions.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong command over Physics concepts and problem-solving techniques.
• Prior teaching experience for JEE/NEET/Foundation courses preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and motivate students.
• Proficiency in both online and offline teaching methodologies.
