Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Management:
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for the NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) portfolio & Advance wound Management .

Develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

Market Expansion & Pan-India Travel

Travel extensively across India to conduct field visits, engage key opinion leaders (KOLs), and build relationships with surgeons, wound care specialists, and hospital procurement teams.

Conduct market research to identify competitor trends, market gaps, and customer needs.

Clinical Training & Support:

Deliver clinical product demonstrations and technical training to internal sales teams, hospital staff, nurses, and surgeons.

Address technical queries and assist in clinical evaluations during hospital trials.

Sales Enablement & Key Account Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to drive adoption of NPWT & Advance wound Management systems and consumables in target hospitals.

Create marketing collateral, clinical brochures, presentation decks, and user manuals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Medical, Dental and Biotechnology, Pharmacy (B.Pharm),. An MBA in Marketing/Hospital Management is a plus.

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Product Management, Product Application, or Medical Sales within the medical device domain (Advanced Wound Care / NPWT & Advance wound Management experience is highly preferred).

Skills:

Strong clinical understanding of medical devices and surgical/wound-care procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to travel frequently across different regions in India.

Identify new hospitals, cities, distributors and business opportunities

Market & Competitor Intelligence

Track competitor products, pricing, clinical practices and market trends

Sales & Marketing Enablement

Develop presentations, brochures, product literature, clinical material and sales tools

Product Lifecycle & Inventory Coordination

Coordinate with sales, operations and management regarding product demand, feedback and product improvement

Hospital Trials & Clinical Evaluation Support

Support NPWT & Advance wound Management trials, product evaluations and technical/clinical queries

Reporting & Compliance

Submit tour plans, visit reports, training reports and monthly performance updates

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
