Job Title: MRD Executive

Experience - Freshers to 1 years

Job Summary

The MRD Executive is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing patient medical records accurately and confidentially. The role ensures proper documentation, record retrieval, data management, and compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update patient medical records (physical and electronic).

* Verify completeness and accuracy of patient files, case sheets, and discharge summaries.

* File, index, scan, archive, and retrieve medical records as required.

* Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.

* Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, insurance, and other departments for record-related requirements.

* Assist in medical audits, NABH/JCI accreditation activities, and compliance processes.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to patient records and statistics.

* Track incomplete records and follow up with concerned departments.

* Manage record storage and archival according to hospital policies.

* Support data entry and hospital information system (HIS/EHR) activities.
