Medical Record Technician jobs

BioResire™ is looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our Professional Team as Healthcare Medical Records & Data Entry Executives. The role involves updating, entering, and verifying patient-related records while maintaining high accuracy, productivity, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Data Updation: Accurately enter, update, and verify patient/medical records according to the project requirements.
• Accuracy & Quality: Maintain high accuracy while processing patient information and follow the defined quality standards.
• Daily Productivity: Approximately 200 patient records/data entries or verification tasks per day may be assigned depending on project requirements.
• Timely Completion: Complete and submit assigned work within the required timeline, preferably on the same working day.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with the Team Lead and team members regarding work progress, requirements, issues, and daily targets.
• Attendance & Punctuality: Regular and timely attendance is mandatory. Attendance and work activity may be monitored by the Team Lead.
• Flexible Working Hours: Working hours may vary depending on project requirements. Employees are responsible for completing assigned targets within the required timeline.
• Leave Policy: Employees are eligible for 2 days of leave per month, subject to company policy. Planned leave should be informed to the Team Lead at least one day in advance.
• Performance Monitoring: Attendance, productivity, work activity, quality, and progress will be monitored periodically.
• Team Meetings & Training: Participation in scheduled team meetings, training sessions, quality discussions, and performance-improvement activities is required.
• Escalation: Work-related concerns should initially be reported to the Team Lead and may be escalated to the Operations Head/Senior Management when necessary.
• Typing Skills: Good typing speed, attention to detail, and strong data-entry accuracy are essential.
• Confidentiality: Employees must maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and comply with applicable company/project data-handling requirements.
• Professional Conduct: Employees are expected to maintain discipline, professionalism, accountability, and respectful communication throughout the project.
• Holidays & Incentives: Official holidays will be communicated by the company. Eligible employees may receive incentives/bonuses based on company policy, eligibility, and performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
