The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately reviewing medical records and assigning appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes while ensuring compliance with coding standards. Key Responsibilities Review patient medical records and assign accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to clarify documentation Maintain confidentiality of patient information Support billing and insurance claim processes Keep up to date with coding guidelines and industry standards Requirements Certification in Medical Coding is preferred Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems Good analytical, communication, and computer skills
