About the Role

looking for dynamic and target-oriented Product Specialists to join its sales team in Surat and Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and communicate Lupin's products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, HCPs, and medical professionals.
• Conduct regular doctor/clinic visits and effectively communicate product benefits.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets within the designated territory.
• Identify opportunities to increase product awareness and adoption.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Work closely with the team to execute sales and promotional strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• MBA/PGDM candidates from any relevant specialization can apply as freshers.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Confident and professional approach while interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Strong interest in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.

Bachelor’s Degree Candidates

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant healthcare/pharmaceutical sales experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must have experience in doctor/HCP-focused sales.
• Experience handling Cardiologists, Diabetologists, or other healthcare professionals will be preferred.
• Candidates with only general sales experience from non-healthcare/pharmaceutical industries will not be considered.
