Medical Scribe / Medical Documentation Specialist

Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Company: Documed Healthcare LLP
Job Type: Full-Time

Documed Healthcare LLP is hiring Medical Scribes to support U.S.-based healthcare providers through accurate and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review SOAP notes, Initial Evaluations, Progress Notes, and Re-Evaluations.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to meet daily productivity goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
  • Excellent written English and medical terminology.
  • Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency.
  • Prior medical scribing or clinical documentation experience is a plus.
